1) How much does it mean to you, to be a World Exhibition Stand Awards 2022 Finalist?

Being one the finalists as a three-year-old company in this sector means that we are ready to take a step towards the global arena. We appreciate how well-known the World Exhibition Stand Awards are, so it is something that strengthens us, enforces our vision to global growth and helps us to reach our goals.

2) What experiences have your team overcome in the past year to successfully deliver for your clients?

Keeping the highest quality by maintaining excellent finishing details in all projects we handled have always been the main challenges we have faced.

Being a company with roots in the event planning & management sector -where you need to be flexible for last-minute changes and to have the ability to adapt design and production in a short time- we learnt how to be flexible when it comes to last-minute changes. For this reason, we are able to hire our multitasking core team and to use our production atelier to answer all the last-minute revisions at any site or location.

It always reminds me of the famous story of the lobster: The challenges we faced especially during the pandemic kept us motivated and made us flexible in a way that helped us to develop our strategies to go beyond the limits and to cross the boundaries.

3) What are clients currently asking for in stand and experience design?

When the clients ask us to design their stand, they specifically require us to reflect their brand identity and to tell its story. Our mission at this stage is to respond to it in a creative way by delivering the highest design qualities and setting precise production strategies.

As a company that has a lot of experience and resources in the event sector, we became capable of actualizing the customer’s design guidelines and requirements into multi-functional physical settings. In this way, our aim has always been to provide our customers with the manufacturer support of our in-house workshop that supplies us with necessary production and logistical expertise.

It’s also worth noting that if you are designing for the defense industry, you always have to keep formal language, protocols and standards in your design projects.

4) What future changes do you anticipate happening in the exhibition industry over the next two years?

I believe that the exhibition industry will evolve into ways to engage the user experience. Providing emotionally and physically meaningful experiences will be one of the main changes. I also anticipate that technology will play a significant role in the future of this sector by the use of digital tools and innovative equipment. High-tech and sustainable materials will be widely used in the next few years. In addition, as we have experienced during the pandemic, the integration of outdoor activities and outdoor spaces will increase and this will lead to have fresh ideas of variant outdoor activities to tackle the global requirements.
