The Brief

Boost Software AG brand presence at the Gitex 2020 exhibition by delivering a COVID-safe stand design and customer experience. Needed to make customers feel safe, yet welcome on the stand.

The Solution and Activation

We approached the job by working on delivering an open stand design, where we could meet all the social distance measurements for both demos and people entry and exit. We also needed to ensure that safety measures were followed through the day to re-assure customers. The decision to participate in a physical face to face event was a bold one from our client and we had to uphold their brand. We delivered:
– Ensured stand design met social distance norms
– Ensured one point of entry and exit for all visitors
– All day sanitization made available for customers and team
– Delivered remote zoom-based meetings in separate mezzanine space
– Design was open, allowing people to safely engage
– Created a waiting area to manage traffic flow
– Mezzanine level was used only for private meetings
– Floor was managed based on maximum capacity restrictions at all times

The Results

This was one of the best engagements for the client through 2020. Meaningful conversations were held via pre-scheduled meetings with clients. Also, customers felt safe on the stand as we showcased all safety measures being taken. Option for virtual engagement was also enabled. Company was viewed very positively as a brand .
